03-04 2.4L TJ Turbo Kit

Full Turbo Kit for 03-04 2.4L Wrangler TJs. The kit includes all the custom hand fabricated hot side components required for a full turbo build. The kit includes the manifold, down-pipe, O2 bungs, mid-pipe with a Jones resonator, hangers, optional mufflers, and tip. All components are high quality 304 stainless steel 100% TIG welded. A Catalytic Converter can be added and will be in the mid-pipe. The remaining components (including turbo) are all “off the shelf” and can be found on the Zack Fab spreadsheet. Lead time may take between 1 day to 1.5 weeks to ship.

*Due to the transmission hanger location discrepancy on the 03-04 models, the hanger for the mid-pipe is pre-bent and included but is not welded on. This allows the kit to be installed completely with the rear hanger and then welded on later to allow a perfect fit. This can be done with any type of welder or done for cheap at a muffler shop.
